2021 – What’s Next?

This past year, we all have struggled. We have all made sacrifices. Now we have to plan on how we can make 2021 our comeback year.

This upcoming year, our goals are to learn from our missteps and become more adaptable to fit our employee’s and client’s needs. Many of us will be retiring back to the office when things are safe. Some will decide to stay home and work from there. How can we as a company use these working methods to everyone’s advantage? That is what we plan on working on.

We also plan on continuing to prioritize our culture to help our team flourish — their success is our success. Giving employees the ability to learn valuable new skills will create a work environment in which everyone enjoys the work they do and the results will show that.

We want to make more professional relationships in the new year, expanding our outreach to help more clients in achieving their goals. Possible expanding to clients outside our region or maybe even internationally. No goal is too big for 2021.

The bottom line is that with everything we have gone through in 2020, we as a company must keep pushing forward, fining ways to improve and innovate, while also staying true to our vision. With this in mind, there is no doubt 2021 will be our best year yet!

Supreme Elite takes action to prevent spread of COVID-19

Our priority is to keep our employees safe as cases continue to rise throughout the US, surpassing 11 million in total (CDC). To ensure the safety of our employees, precautionary measures are being used throughout the office.

We are ensuring that employees are socially distancing whenever possible, and we limiting in-person group gatherings through the use of video calls. Employees who are in the office are also required to sign-in and out and use a mask whenever they are in close proximity to others.
Hand-sanitizing stations and safety instruction posters are found throughout the workplace to encourage and remind employees that COVID-19 prevention and their health is our top priority in the workplace.

Employee safety is continually monitored through the use of COVID-19 testing and the reporting of symptoms.

3 Important Lessons On Sustainable Well-being in Leadership

Recent challenges have triggered much interest in the “epidemic” of employee burnout. Articles and podcasts highlight that 76% of employees will experience burnout at some point in time, offering leaders tips to support their team’s well-being and prevent such ends. In fact, the last study into leadership burnout indicated that 96% of leaders will experience burnout at some point in their career. In the light of the unpredictable and unprecedented months ahead, burnout in leaders is as a risk that needs to be addressed.
